If you or someone in the home lives with limited mobility and has to use a walker or a wheelchair, be aware that this type of flooring may not provide the best in terms of traction. Before purchasing the flooring, do some research and find out if the particular brand is formulated to make it easy to roll a wheelchair across the surface without any slippage. If not, then you will need to choose some other type of flooring for the home.
